Armando Fundora, Chief Executive Officer
Armando Fundora, Founder and CEO of Fusion Metals and Gems, brings over 45 years of expertise in the jewelry, precious metals, and refining industries. As a pioneer in the field, he first made his mark by founding Gold Rush Refiners, transforming the refining process with faster turnaround times and unmatched client transparency, setting a new industry standard.
Armando began his career as a jeweler’s apprentice at the age of 13 and later earned degrees in Gem Identification and Diamond Grading from GIA (Gemological Institute of America). Early in his career, he held leadership roles at Zales, managing the company’s highest-volume store with over $10 million in annual sales and developing a nationally adopted preferred clientele process. His expertise in recruiting, sales training, and marketing helped his teams consistently achieve triple-digit growth and generate over $60 million in annual revenue.
